Where do I even begin. When I first met Jessica and Matt on their engagement session at the waterfall, there was an instant connection. Jessica with a heart of gold and Matt with a sense of humor you could get used to having around. I just feel like there are some people you are meant to know and I am so happy I met these two.

Their beautiful ceremony took place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Rothesay NB where all their family and friends came together to celebrate this beautiful day. Little Maddox their son was a special part of the day as well.

There are so many moments I loved about this day! From the bride getting ready to the ceremony to the bar where we stopped for shots! haha

Jessica and Matt are so loved by many and you can tell that the room at the Riverside Golf Club did not disappoint.

How did you meet?

This is kind of a funny story….but….

Matt and I met back when my boyfriend at the time played on a junior hockey team. We were 18 years old. I went to the rink, not knowing anyone and sat down beside the only other girl in the hockey rink. This girl was dating Matt Morehouse at the time. We even went on a few double dates together too! Fast forward a few years and Matt and I ran into each other at the gym and the rest is history.

What is your engagement story?

When Matt and I first started dating he asked me to go away to Moncton for a PlayOn ball hockey tournament. I was completely in shock because he had rented a room at the Marriott and it was such a fun weekend. When Matt proposed he essentially recreated that weekend- minus the ball hockey tournament. He took me downstairs of the hotel for supper at the Keg, meanwhile he had his mom and sister setting everything up in our room. When we came back to the hotel room, I walked in and the room was lit with candles, there were rose petals leading to the bed where the ring was. Even the ring was in the middle of a rose pedal shaped heart. So cute! Haha.
